Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with the safest and most gentle dental care. At Enspire Dental we are sensitive to your needs, and our goal is to make every visit as pleasant as possible. Upon your arrival, we will help acquaint you with our office. Your hygienist will collect information concerning your dental health and will focus on educating you about your personal treatment needs.
Electronic New Patient Forms
After scheduling a new patient appointment you will receive an email to your secure new patient forms. These forms are 100% electronic, and no printing is involved. We do require new patients to complete these forms prior to your appointment.
After arriving 10 minutes early to your appointment we will have you sign your forms electronically via our ipad. If you were to have your own ipad, you may sign the forms yourself prior to arriving. If you don’t receive your forms, or are having issues accessing them please contact a member of our business staff at 734.663.6777.
At Enspire Dental we offer the most advanced confirmation system to remind patients of their dental appointments. With the customization available to each patient we offer the option of either text message reminder, or email reminder, or a combination of both. For your convenience multi-member families will receive one large message containing all appointments scheduled for each family member.
We ask all patients to respond to the automatic appointment reminder. If for some reason we don’t hear back from you, you will receive a phone call from one of our business staff members to verbally confirm your appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please inform our business staff 24 hours in advance to your appointment to reschedule.
