What should I look for in choosing a toothbrush?

Best results are achieved when one is comfortable using their toothbrush.  Handle size, confort, head size and bristle softness all contribute to comfortable use and healthy brushing!  One can also opt for an electric toothbrush over a manual.

How does one type of floss differ from another?  Does it make a difference?

Some floss are thicker, while others are thin, but any type is recommended.  None are proven to be better than another,  decide which you like best.  It is the patient’s job to floss in a proper technique that will prevent interproximal decay between the teeth.
